I can hardly believe the end of the school year is already here! The days may feel long, but somehow the year always seems to fly by. With all the excitement (from award ceremonies and field trips to end of the year testing), it can feel a bit chaotic and overwhelming. Here are some of my favorite end of the year picture books for the last week of school. I like to incorporate lots of read-alouds during the final weeks. They bring a sense of calm, spark meaningful conversations, and help us savor these last days together.
