This end-of-the-year memory book will delight your students as they remember their school year with a unique and lasting keepsake. The pages are included in both a printable blackline version as well as a colorful digital Google Slides version.

The detailed step-by-step directions guide students through filling out the digital version on Google Slides.

Each slide has an embedded background with clearly marked text boxes for students to type responses. Students can even insert photos on some pages with the easy-to-follow directions.

This memory book is not grade specific. There is one page that includes a grade level, and I have included that page in versions for grades 1-5. Simply delete the grade levels you are not using before assigning the memory book to students. The grade levels include Canadian and Australian grade level terminology (Grade ___, Year ___).

Once students are finished with all of the pages, they can save their memory book as a digital keepsake or they can print their memory book if they wish.

This download is a PDF file with the printable version plus instructions and links to access the digital version memory on Google Slides. Also include is an editable Power Point with BONUS blank templates to make your own pages.
