As much as I love reading books out loud to my classroom, sometimes it’s fun to switch it up and have special “guest” readers from YouTube. Plus, this can give you a few minutes of spare time to get caught up. Lucky for us, we live in 2024 and there are SO many read-aloud YouTube channels to choose from!
You’re Finally Here! (Mrs. Kamp’s Class)
If you know me (or have been following along on Facebook or Instagram), you know that I LOVE the book “You’re Finally Here” for back to school. It is the perfect addition to your first day-of-school plans.
This is why, I created a fun animated YouTube read-aloud! It’s just under 5 minutes long and guaranteed to hold the attention of all your students. After listening to the story, you then can complete any of these teaching activities and lesson ideas that go with the book! (I’d love it if you would subscribe!)
